1. e-residency (https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr) application form.
a. Application forms must be signed by the students.
2. Original of the receipt of the residence card fee. (160 TL will be deposited to tax offices.
3. A copy of passport or passport replacement document, Turkey last entrance stamped page and visa.
4. four (4) biometric (5*6 cm) photograph taken in the last six (6) months with a white background.
5. Health insurance.
6. Student certificate.
* You need to take other neccessary documents from International Student Office when you have your documents checked by the office. After that, you have to submit your documents to the Fatih İmmigration Administration on the day and time of your appointment.
